How it works
You simply contact us via the support desk to arange a remote session. A remote session is where you temporarily share access to your computer with one of our highly trained members of staff. During the session we can see what is on your screen and we can make the necessary changes for you. The whole process is very secure and you can follow us every step of the way. This time saving service is competitively priced at only £20 and is available during office hours. If for any reason the setup cannot be completed or fixed, a full refund will be issued.
The service is for email configuration and fixes only. Unfortunately our staff are unable to deal with other issues such as firewall, dns and ISP problems.
